You can visit our laboratory during our office hours for walk-in services. We also offer home visits for nursing facilities, and pick-ups for physicians’ offices. For assistance with pickups or scheduling, please contact our Client Services team.

We accept Medicare, Medical, most major private insurance plans, cash, and more. Please visit the “ACCEPTED INSURANCES” section or contact our billing team for more information.

Not all tests require fasting. Your healthcare provider or our staff will let you know if fasting is necessary for your specific test orders. If you are unsure, please call us before your appointment.

Yes. STAT and same-day testing is available for urgent cases. Please notify our client services team or have your ordering provider mark the request as urgent.

Yes. We strictly follow HIPAA regulations to ensure your health information is secure and confidential at all times.

We prioritize Quick Turnround Time. Most test results are available within 24-48hours. For questions regarding specific tests, please contact our client services team.

For questions regarding billing, our billing specialists are available to provide clear explanations and resolve concerns quickly.

Gernerally, lab orders that have not been fulfilled are valid for up to three months, unless otherwise specified by your ordering provider. Follow the instructions of your health care provider or contact us for guidance.
